License

Dinrqx is licensed, not sold. You may use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.

What the app is for

Dinrqx helps you plan a dining table: cloth shape, seats, utensil kits, decorations, guest nameplates, serve reminders, packing lists, and paid print-quality exports. It is a planning tool, not a catering contract, allergen medical record, or payment terminal for your guests.

Your content

You are responsible for the names, photos, and voice notes you store. Do not record someone without a lawful basis. Guest labels are local notes, not a contacts database.

Dinrqx Coins

Coins are consumable digital credits sold as In-App Purchases.
Apple processes the payment. Prices shown in Wallet use the App Store price when available.
New installs receive welcome coins on this device. They are not cash and have no cash value.
Paid features (HD Place Plan, PDF Setting, packing poster, place cards, event pack) deduct coins only after the export or share succeeds.
Because coins are consumed, Apple Restore Purchases does not return spent coins. If a purchase did not credit, write to support with the Apple transaction date.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. Table layouts, packing counts, and reminders are aids. Confirm the real room, headcount, and service time yourself. We are not liable for missed service, printing costs, or event loss beyond what applicable law requires.

Technical support

How do I add a table?

On Tables, tap +. New table asks for a name, shape, seat count, initial kit, and decorations. Name & seats is a separate sitting plan (serve time, cloth photo, table voice note) for tables you already created.

Where do guest names live?

On the Seats tab. They are independent from Name & seats. Empty seats stay blank until you add a name. Names stay on this phone.

Serve reminders did not fire.

Turn Serve reminders on in Me, allow notifications, set a future serve time on that table’s Name & seats card, and keep the sitting listed. The system may delay background alerts if the device is in Low Power Mode.

Voice notes will not play.

Allow the microphone, record again, then tap the play control. Keep the iPhone unmuted. Files are stored only locally; clearing data or deleting the table removes them.

A Wallet product shows no price.

Prices come from the App Store when the product loads. If a row still looks empty, pull to leave Wallet and open it again, or check that you are signed into the App Store. Fallback catalog prices are in US dollars until StoreKit answers.

Paid export did not take coins.

That is expected if you cancelled the share sheet, denied Photos access, or the save failed. Coins are taken only after success. If coins were taken twice, email support with the time of the export.

How do I erase everything?

Me → Clear All Data. This deletes tables, photos, voice notes, kits, coins, and reminders on this device. It cannot be undone.

Email support@dinrqx.app. Include the iOS version, what you tapped, and whether the issue is Tables, Seats, Wallet, or export. We do not need guest names or cloth photos unless you choose to send them.
