Who this covers
This policy applies to the Dinrqx iOS app (Bundle-style identifier on the App Store listing) and this website. The developer of Dinrqx is the data controller for the limited information described below.
What stays on the device
Most of what you create is stored only in the app’s sandbox on your iPhone or iPad:
- Table names, shapes, seat counts, kits, ornaments, and packing lists
- Guest names on the Seats tab (they are labels, not Contacts)
- Cloth photographs you import or capture
- Optional voice notes for a table or a welcome greeting
- On-hand stock counts, kit presets, and Me portrait / display name
- Dinrqx Coin balance and local purchase settlement records
- Serve reminder times you set in Name & seats
Voice notes are local audio memos. Dinrqx does not transcribe speech, does not use speech recognition, and does not send recordings off the device.
Permissions we ask for
- Camera. Optional. Photograph a table from above so you can compare the real cloth with the plan.
- Photo Library. Optional. Import an existing overhead photo, or save an HD place plan after a paid export succeeds.
- Microphone. Optional. Record a short table note or guest welcome. Audio is not uploaded.
- Notifications. Optional. Fire a serve reminder at the time you chose, only if Serve reminders is on in Me.
- App Tracking Transparency. Optional. On supported iOS versions we may ask to use the advertising identifier to deliver personalized features and measure what helps hosts. You can tap Ask App Not to Track and still use every table, seat, kit, reminder, and export feature.
If you refuse a permission, that feature stays off. The rest of the app keeps working.
Purchases
Dinrqx Coins are consumable In-App Purchases processed by Apple. Apple collects and processes payment details under Apple’s privacy policy. Dinrqx receives a purchase confirmation so we can credit coins on this device. We do not see your full card number.
Coins are spent only after a paid export or event pack succeeds. Welcome coins granted on first launch live on this device.
What we do not collect
- No Dinrqx login or cloud backup
- No guest contact sync
- No location tracking for table planning
- No sale of your table photos or voice notes
This website
These static pages are hosted so the app can open Privacy Policy and Terms & Support. The host may see standard request logs (for example IP address, browser, and the page requested) for security and delivery. We do not use that to identify you inside Dinrqx.
Children
Dinrqx is built for hosts planning adult dining events. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Do not store a child’s real identity in guest labels if that would be inappropriate for your event.
Clearing data
Me → Clear All Data deletes the local PlaceChest archive on this device (tables, settings, marks, photos, voice files, coins, and related preferences). This cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app also removes the sandbox.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
